almost everything. i feel like being at my own home because the owner completed all in the homestay. washing machine siap bg detergent, so many hanger, iron with iron board. periuk nasi, dapur, thermos, peti sejuk, aircond, tv with so many channels, wifi. kesimpulannya, owner x lokek

the management also very fast response and polite.
surely will come back again in future. Everything well and the entering (self service) was smooth and easy. Keep up this good services!👍🏼

I recommended because near to pasar malam,more shop & restaurant down the apartment,easy to find food&transport..also have coway water dispencer..overall its worth to me..next trip will stay there again..the staff very kind also,fast checkin&checkout..

Small and occupied with small family
Front door doesn’t very secure and safety. Doesn’t have spare lock inside

1)Bed rest in masterbedroom full of dust till i had to wipe by myself.
2)Pillow case smelly,comforter also smelly looks never wash for sometimes.
3)AC got terrible sound.
4)3rd bedroom was very bad smell.

Easy access.lots of eateries.but one lift was broken during the stay causing delay and crowded situation

The location.
The staff fails to mention that they didn't provide parking. It's either you park at your own risk at public parking lot or you can use private parking and which payments are using "pay n go" app or "spay" app. Try to ask for help from their staff but they seem to have no clue or ignorance of my inquiries.
My suggestion, please make it clear to your guests to avoid unnecessary problems.

Easy check in just follow all the instruction given. unit very clean. Got lot of food stall on ground floor which on level 1.
No free parking for guest. Maybe thats why this condominium offered lowest price compare to other. Second, to much rules. visitor not allowed, max stay at one unit only 5 person include children 🥲 and yep, this gonna be my first and last stay here. not really like rules especially no visitor and have limit. or maybe there some reason for it.why max only 5 person . hek
