It smelt lovely on arrival and very clean. Very spacious. Nice little outdoor area. Had washer and dryer, dishwasher. It had more or less of everything you needed. Decor was nice. Literally 2 mins walk to first beach. Fantastic location with lots of shops bars restaurants etc. There was a little cleaning kit and a welcome box which was a nice gesture. Great parking enough for 2 cars. Plenty of towels were provided. Everything in the kitchen was good. I loved the big bath which also had shower head on first floor.

The room I stayed in was the double room on the 1st floor. The mattress was terrible! I’ve never slept on a mattress so bad. Could feel every spring. It felt very old. This really affected my sleep! This room had no tv which was rather disappointing as I always like to watch something before dropping off to sleep. There were no chest of draws in that room either. Just bed side draws and small drawers in dressing table. Although we didn’t use the twin room there was no tv in there either. I didn’t like how the windows didn’t open much unless I was doing something wrong or it’s a safety thing. My daughter said the PlayStation didn’t work. She stayed in the master bedroom on top floor and she says the bed was uncomfortable and the tv was too small for that room. Also the toilets don’t flush great everytime. Both sinks in our bathrooms had poor drainage. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but better than nothing.

Location was excellent. Beds were comfy and rooms were large.

Smelly downstairs toilet, weeds out back, unsafe glass panels top of garden, dog hairs behind TV and settee in living room. Also cracks in kitchen window sill and 1st floor front bedroom. Looked like damp in 1st floor front bedroom. Once we stripped the beds we couldn't believe the stains on the mattress of the top floor bedroom and the mattress cover on the back bedroom.
