Wonderful modern apartments in a perfect location. The room had absolutely everything for a comfortable stay, even phone chargers and umbrellas. It was also great to have luggage storage available on both arrival and departure days. Highly recommended!
The shower drainage could be better designed, because of this, the bathroom floor was almost always wet.

Because there is a system of online check in prior to arrival & a responsive WhatsApp business account, there is no need to worry about the access upon arrival or any questions before, during & after the stay. Its located in a prime area right behind the city's high street, it can be spotted easily.
The old town, bus station & port are located at a walking distance from the apartment.
We stayed in a studio apartment, where everything was compact & only necessary utensils were kept in the kitchen.
The storage space in our apartment was more than sufficient.
If booking with senior citizens, please note that there is no lift. You may have to ask for ground floor access at the time of booking.
The washing machines, driers are located on the ground floor, shared with all the apartments. So, it is trips up & down the stairs to check on the clothes.
The kitchen/kitchenette requires 1 or 2 additional utensils like a colander, small milk heating vessel. The microwave in our apartment was located high up & required standing on a chair to take items in and out of the microwave. This is an additional consideration for people of short height.

Very easy with the application, the communication is perfect. The room in itself is small, but good enough is the plan to see the city. I loved the business-like modern quarter it was situated in, everything is easily available from here. We only stayed one night, so cant say too much about it tho. Recommendedfor sure.
Nothing.

The property itself is great — clean, modern, and well located.
I’ve stayed here three times, and unfortunately experienced similar service issues on each stay, which suggests this is a consistent problem rather than an isolated incident.
The service is not client-centric and focuses more on explaining why requests can’t be fulfilled than on finding solutions. Communication is unclear, requiring multiple follow-ups to get simple answers.
Early check-in is charged extra even when the room is already clean and ready. If you need flexibility, a traditional hotel is a better option.

"eccezionale soprattutto la posizione e poi la gestione completamente via telematica, come vivere a Tallin in un appartamento con tutti i comfort"
