Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. *Community Beach Access is closed due changing bluff conditions. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approximately 0.2 miles & 5 min walk. *For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages. *Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. *This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.
