It's still functional just cosmetically doesn't look finished. *There is no AC in this unit. Being located along the coast brings cooler temperatures and a coastal breeze. *Community Beach Access is closed due to unstable cliffs. Nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove approx .2 miles & 5 min walk *For work from home we always recommend having a hot spot backup as we can't control service interruptions & outages. *Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. *This property is in a condo complex with neighbors all around. We don't monitor construction or noise from neighbors and this should be taken into consideration when booking. Starter kits of toiletries are provided to all guests.
