Nagyon hangulatos, és barátságos kis szálloda. Tökéletesen tisztán tartott és felszerelt tágas szobákkal. Gyönyörű, buja zöld kert. Étterem és medence környéke nagyon hangulatos. Az ételek ízlésesen tálalva, isteni finomak voltak. 10 perces ingyenes masszázs kupon járt a szobához. 2 naponta esti műsor. Személyzet és a szálloda tulajdonosa nagyon kedves.

Az óceán fürdésre teljesen alkalmatlan a sok tengeri fű miatt. Ami ellen szorgalmasan küzd a szálloda személyzete.

The property was on the quieter end which was nice to have as a home base after traveling around the island for day activities. The pool was super clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with a tour booked through the hotel and they looked into it immediately and refunded us for that tour.

The beach itself was very seaweedy at the time of our stay and we also had some sewage smells emitting from the shower. A reoccurring issue was having enough drinking water. One carafe was provided for the triple room and after being in the heat all day, we needed easier access to more water. The bar also closed by 10pm so there wasn’t much of a nightlife at the hotel.

Our stay exactly what we planned for, very relaxing with lots of good food, amazing views, big clean rooms and amazing staff. Special shout out to Marta the GM who is very friendly, Moureen, Eggle and Chiku were amazing. We also heard the property is looking extending with Villas and would love to visit again and recommend this to our family and friends!!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour grâce à toute l’équipe de ce magnifique hôtel,qui est au petit soin pour vous à longueur de temps. les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie au top . L’hôtel est une petite structure familiale comme on les aime. On se sent bien !!! Ici tout n’est que luxe,calme et volupté… Le SPA est magnifique et les massages à la hauteur du lieu. Je finis par le meilleur,le bar dans la piscine avec des barmans super sympas et très professionnel, qui prennent le temps de discuter avec vous et qui en plus vous trouve des remèdes super efficace pour notre fille qui était malade (merci le shot de gingembre frais,piquant mais efficace). En bref, un séjour de rêve. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !!!

Incredible infinity pool overlooking the ocean, such a calm relaxing vibe all throughout the resort. Room was stunning, spacious and kept cool with air conditioning. Newly opened spa is beautiful and well priced, make sure you stop in for a treatment. All the staff were so warm and accomodating, felt right at home the moment I arrived

Bardzo polecam hotel Zanzibella. Hotel położony tuż przy samym oceanie. Spokojne miejsce na wypoczynek. W pobliżu miejsca bardziej rozrywkowe jeśli ktoś potrzebuje. Hotel nowocześnie urządzony. Przestronne, duże pokoje. Basen z widokiem na ocean jest bezcenny. Nowocześnie urządzone SPA, w którym można skorzystać z zabiegów. Właścicielka i obsługa hotelu dbają o to aby klient był zadowolony. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Wieczorami organizowane występy. Na pewno wrócę po raz kolejny do tego hotelu.

- wlan funktioniert nicht richtig - sehr lange Wartezeiten beim Essen - Cocktails viel zu teuer, schmecken wie Saft ohne Alkohol - Strand nicht zum schwimmen geeignet, alles voller Algen. - Lage des Hotels sehr abseits von allem, man benötigt ein Auto oder hat sehr hohe Taxi kosten.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully furnished, all rooms are with a huge balcony, and a huge comfy bed. The cleanliness is exceptional. We really enjoyed the huge infinity pool overlooking the ocean, also the private beach was beautiful and well-equipped with hammocks and beach chairs. The shore was cleaned every day after the high tide, revealing the beautiful soft white sand and there was enough sun shades for all the guests. The restaurant serves the most delicious food and all the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. The newly-opened spa is a great way to relax after a long flight, with massages, jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, and a well-equipped gym. All in all, Zanzibella is THE place to stay in Zanzibar, we'll definitely come back!

בילינו 7 לילות בzanzibella. מלון ספא קטן ואינטימי, נקי ומצוחצח להפליא, עם מתקנים מדהימים. נהנינו כל כך מקבלת הפנים החמה של כל הצוות. נותנים תחושה שהם תמיד פה בשבילך, והכל עם חיוך. אחרי יומיים צוות הבר כבר יודע איך אתה אוהב לשתות את הקוקטיילים שלך. צוות הספא בניהולה של מוניקה הנהדרת פשוט מעולה. רצינו לציין במיוחד את Edna אחת המעסות הטובות שפגשנו. מקצוענית אמיתית. תודה רבה Zanzibella!!

Toata locatia in sine este foarte frumoasa, camera, restaurantul, piscina si plaja privata. Ne-am relaxat cu adevarat acele 4 zile petrecute acolo.

A fost o dezamagire faptul ca sala nu era inclusa in pretul de cazare, si sala era slab echipata fapt pe care l-am descoperit dupa achizitionarea intrarilor. (aparate multe dar nefunctionale) Hotelul era departe de centrul statiunii si era mai mult de mers pana in centrul statiunii, si plaja nu era foarte ingrijita, era plina de alge asa ca era neplacuta plimbarea pana in centru. Angajatii erau putin cam insistenti, fie cu bauturile aduse la piscina, fie cu masajele, fie la masa daca sigur nu mai vrem ceva. La receptie erau afisate niste preturi mari pentru soferi fie pentru aeroport fie pentru supermarket.. va sfatuim sa cautati numere de telefon de la soferi/taximetristi care va pot ajuta cu transport deoarece adaosul de la hotel era inutil de mare.

Very, very kind staff, very sweet cleaning staff, always smiling and helpful! :) Claudy was our best waiter, Bernado very sweet also and so sad that I can’t remember the names of the others as I’m writing this review a bit late. The breakfast was superb, but so was the rest of the food (we got half board and we could choose between having hunch or dinner - the schedule was so flexible). The pool was a dream, the surroundings very nice and they were working on opening a fitness center. The beach also very cozy. The rooms are very big, the toilet is separate from the shower… I only have superlative adjectives to use for our stay 🥰

Hello travelers, so, my experience was good because they have nice facilities. We were not sure at first to book this place because of the rude answers to the negative reviews. I mean, justifying always is not professional even if comments are not accurate. Merits: Room cleaning was superb, and they kinda set your room at night, tiding up things. Breakfast is a 10, facilities are very nice, beach is not good if you are traveling from december to march approximately due to excessive amount of seaweed. (north is better if you’re planning to avoid them) Restaurant food is tasteful specially the lava cake. Spa is awesome, my wife loved it- welcome drinks and welcome massages the moment you arrive. Wifi is above average for zanzibar, id say. No insects in the room - for zanzibar it’s quite a big advantage even for 5 star resorts.

Even though food is good, the service at restaurant is limiting the hotel’s ratings. Besides, in general there are many options with highly motivated staff all over the island, we stayed for a long time exploring south to north, so I’ve experienced super nice treatments and cultural immersion, people always were going the extra mile for us, which was not exactly what I experienced at this place. For some reason people are just not happy, which was ok, but as I’ve stayed for so long in the island I was getting used to :D. This is a generic statement, the blond lady at the spa was super nice to my wife and another lady at the restaurant was communicative and friendly. This place could easily be one of the bests stays in the island but just needs a better service overall, specially restaurant and motivated staff. 😆Restaurant service unfortunately is bad :/ gross mistakes in orders for the 2 days we stayed, lunch and dinner. It can be bad luck/coincidence, but happened. Charged wrong twice at the restaurant, and at checkout time they charged 40 dollars more for some reason i don’t know. Basically old school method of calculating, summing up all bills but never for less. Nevertheless, food is good (slightly more pricy comparing to other beach bars over the island). From where I sit, the current booking rating 9 is representing well what the hotel is. But… for me, unfortunately because of almost paying big extra chargings - lucky me my wife decided to check the bills - for me it’s a seven, unfortunately. I’m sad to say it

A relatively new resort (2 years old!) with very spacious, modern, rooms. Balcony great, excellent view on the pool and the beach. Spa facilities are really good. Food and drinks are very good and well priced. Excursions are offered but be prepared that these are "very touristic"! Location is great with a great beach. The sea is less good accessible for swimming but that is not something the resort can do something about.

Nothing major, no disappointments at all, but the offerings of (water)sports were a bit limited. The resort could benefit from offering more entertainment for guests, such as watersports, tabletennis table, maybe an entertainroom for younger guests. Also, the service in the restaurant was initially a bit slow (>2 hours for simple dinner is too long) but after we mentioned this to the staff, it improved. The team is led by non-African (EU) leaders, which helps, but the African staff did come across a bit unexperienced and uncertain. Maybe this has to do with fact that resort is relatively new (2 years open), so African staff are still in learning mode.

During our stay in Zanzibar we stayed at 4 hotels total and considering the quality of service, garden, taste of food, room cleanliness and equipment Zanzibella was the best. We really liked the garden, the pool with a bar and relaxing atmosphere all around the hotel. The hotel is smaller size which is great that we had more privacy, beach is secured by the guards, so we could relax calmly, however locals are mostly nice. Option to rent a paddle board for free was great, hotel could provide also a water shoes! During a high tide sea level fine and great to swim in the ocean, but for better swimming experience is better to walk 10 min left from the hotel to Kiwengwa beach. Zanzibella was not the most expensive hotel where we stayed during our holiday at Zanzibar but comparing the other 3 we got the best value for the money.

Le personnel très sympathique, le décor est sublime la chambre spacieuse, et la piscine magnifique !

Le fait que ce soit des gérant occidentaux qui dirige le lieu ce sont eux qui vous encaisse ce qui enlève le charme de l’établissement. De plus la gérante occidental donne des ordres du style «  Moussa smile ! » alors que le personnel était très sympa je n’aime pas trop cette manière de parler à son personnel. Le lieu et éloigné de tout donc attention aucun restaurant a proximité , c’est le lieu idéal pour deux jours maximum.

Hôtel est magnifique, très calme avec des équipements vraiment top! La piscine à débordement avec une vue donnant sur la plage… La cuisine est bonne et le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié… Le personnel est aux petits soins et très chaleureux. Un grand merci à Chaimae, une charmante personne à la réception qui parle très bien le français…

Le personnel était au top très gentil et très attentionné . L’hôtel est très propre.

Le spa n’était pas complètement ouvert donc pas de jacuzzi ni de salle de sport seulement des massages sur réservation. Le dernier jour pour les personnes ayant leur vol tard dans la soirée rien n’est prévu une petite salle avec douche et vestiaire pour pouvoir se changé serait le minimum. Obligé de se doucher dehors à la piscine et se changé au toilette c’est moyen pour un 5 étoiles

Tout était parfait : * Une chambre très propre et très spacieuse * Un personnel très disponible et toujours à l'écoute * Des activités et excursions très bien organisées (navette, guide ...) * Un large choix et une qualité des plats proposés par le Moyo Restaurant * Le Dîner Romantique proposé par l'hôtel était idyllique et exceptionnel ! Parmi les activités et excursions proposées : * Safari en Tanzanie * Déjeuner sur une île à l'Est (Nakupenda) * Découverte d'une Ferme à Épices au Centre * Nage avec des tortues au Nord (Nungwi) * Immersion à Jozani Forest à la rencontre des singes rouges et bleus * ...
