The apartment is quite comfortable, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The room has a kettle and a coffee maker.
The location is convenient – it's in a quiet area, with a Lidl Market a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop is nearby, so you can get to the metro in 5 minutes, or you can walk there in 15 minutes, and then to the city center in 10-15 minutes.
Very good value for Paris.
Rui Daniel is a very kind and responsive host, always available if you need anything. Highly recommended.

All was as presented. Interaction with host was as should be. We received all details that we need. Rooms are very well equipped and very comfortable.
I highly recomand this location for any trip in Paris.
