The location of this property was perfect for my 4 day stay. Located just steps away from the cathedral and square was very convenient for me with restaurants and grocery store very close. The ease of check in was also appreciated and communication with questions was smooth. The apartment worked well for my needs and found the staff very friendly.

Very new apartment right next to the cathedral and very near the castle. Just off the main plaza and close to grocery store. Apartment is very clean , very good air conditioning and a good size space. Fabulous terrace on the top floor with lots of seating and stunning views. Price was a bit high compared to similar properties We have stayed in on our Camino but Ponferrada seems a bit pricier overall. Very easy access with a code - no key to keep up with.
Nothing - it is wonderful.

Location next to Castle of Templar & h aving a freezer & shower sliding door was good
Bed & couch was comfortable
Needed to phone for 3 Da Vinci codes to access condo.
When accessing stairs, no lights came on & no switches, so couldn't see where to go & didn't see lift so lumped heavy bag upstairs. despite my injured leg.
Hard to find the tiny secluded condo door panel or its keys, especially the #, that was hidden within bell sign, due to poor lighting
Toilet was not clean
Dishwasher had been left on & was beeping
Initially thought it was faulty smoke alarm
Dongle lamp at wash basin hit me in the head
No real tea bags.. i.e no bags of black tea
