It was very clean and the receptionist at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We arrived before check in time (I think about 10am) and I asked if we could leave our luggage there and she got us our room right away.
Restaurant was a little pricy but the food was good.

It was clean, I loved the upstairs where breaskfast was held. The space was beautiful. They had a pool table, the view and overall very nice atmosphere! I would definitely stay there again. Also, the laundry room was available at no additional charge, which was amazing because I had just came off of a cruise and was going to another state before ending my vacation and I liked having clean clothes.
Having to pay for packages especially when some companies send them separately rather than sending them together.

Both shuttle drivers were very nice and professional. The room was comfortable and clean. There are a few restaurants and other businesses walking distance which was nice.
The website isn't very clear about the shuttles, I had to take it in a different place to where it said. The size and look of the room is nothing like what it appeared to be in the pictures and the price was ridiculously high for what it was. But the room was comfortable, a bit noisy (Both the A/c and the outside were a bit louder than expected).
