Big enough for all ten of us to have space, right on beach, and balconies to sit and see/hear ocean at night.
Wasn’t a problem in Dec but parking for three cars would be hard during vacation season.

The house was amazing. We have a large family, and it was the first time we had decided to stay at a house instead of booking several hotel rooms , just to fit all of us. Every room was clean and cofortable . The decks on all levels gave the most beautiful views of the ocean. The balcony had a large area to either relax, or even have dinner while taking in the beautiful scenery . Will definately come back.
I really can't think of anything .

The ceiling in street side 1st floor bedroom began leaking during the storm.
The sliding doors in beachfront 2nd floor bedroom are not sealed completely, there is a constant ocean breeze even when the door is shut and locked
