Couldn’t fault the caravan was spotless. Everything that we needed. The host couldn’t have been more helpful. Let us check in earlier than we should have free of charge which was very generous.
We loved our stay. Can’t wait to come back.

The caravan was lovely and the park is beautiful too.
We were promised an email to met us know where caravan was as we were arriving when reception was unmanned. We did not get an email and the girl in the reception room (we had to speak to her through window) was not overly helpful. Christian (sorry if name wrong) was awesome and took over. He showed us to the caravan so he saved the day for us. There was also a wedding on at the House on Saturday and we were put right next to it. We were not part of the wedding and the noise was horrendous. You could feel the vibrations of the music until it calmed down after 12. Add that to the couple next door who argued for hours and you could hear it all - thankfully Sunday night was quiet! A bit of warning would be useful next time.

Very peaceful location, Nice and clean environment.
When booking two homes they should be next to each other. we booked two but there was another house in the middle.

Nice peaceful , staff I spoke with very helpful. Caravan was spotlessly clean and surrounding decking. Estate was well looked after. 5 minutes in car into Arbroath.
It said on booking invoice a dishwasher was in caravan. There wasnt one but it wasnt a big issue very very minor

Large holiday homes that were well equipped. Bar and entertainment looked good. Within east reach of Arbroath and beyond. Everyone was very friendly.
Could have used some sort of fans, when it got really hot outside you couldn’t stay in the home, you had to go outside.

Everything was perfect.I stayed in number 12. Clean,comfortable and lovely location. Spent a lot of time on the lovely veranda. staff were lovely and helpful. I booked for extra day but due to unforseen circumstances left on the Sunday . Highly recommend

Lovely modern, clean holiday home. Less than 5 mins drive from Arbroath. Private and quiet without feeling remote, safe for children to run around.
Mattress in double bed was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing major

It was very clean and organised with all the facilities that we might need.
The washing sink was a bit small in the toilet so the water dropped on the floor easily. The mattress on the bed was also a bit uncomfortable . But everything else was great.

New and clean caravan. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there were many earwigs in our caravan (in the bed, in the bathroom, in our supplies in the kitchen) which we had to fight every day. Otherwise, the holiday park was clean and well maintained.

Staff were very friendly helpful polite and interested in you and your visit experience. Very good cleanliness standard in holiday home. Quiet peaceful ambience within site. Food : quality very good and tasty.

The caravan was great spacious and very comfortable beds. Good kitchen facilities and living room spacious. It was quiet and lots of grounds for kids to run around. A good bar that was cheap.
Hard to think really everything was good.
There wasn't any bedding for the 6 and 7th person so had to ask but was sorted quickly.
Could have done with a ln explanation as to how to use the bed settee.

Very clean & modern.
Lovely, friendly staff & great food.
No wifi available on site whilst we arrived and no pre warning of this, television had no signal so couldn’t watch anything.
States there would be evening entertainment but this is only on weekends. Restaurant isn’t open first 3 days of the week either which isn’t stated

Lovely caravan on a lovely family friendly site.
The caravan was spotless and in a great spot close to the main area with bar, restaurant, pub and park. The staff were lovely and check in process easy! The onsite restaurant is fantastic and we used it twice during our stay! The food was lovely, piping hot and fresh!

Lovely quiet setting. Park clean tidy and peaceful. Accommodation new clean and comfortable
Restaurant closed as "chef in holiday" we were told on arrival. Entertainment in bar only.on Saturdays by look of things
Could be doing with a few wee lamps in accommodation - no bath mat and only 1 hand towel left for 5 of us and 2 toilets.
