The location was good. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owners were wonderful and incredibly helpful and responsive.
There was construction across the street thah started quite early in the morning which was rather loud.

Excellent location near the Fondamenta Nove waterbus stop to/from the airport, and easy to find property on a quiet side road. Very responsive and friendly hosts, who answered immediately when we needed to call. Great air conditioning, and good amount of space in the flat. The building was also very quiet. Overall, a great base in Venice.
There was nothing we did not like.

Great communication with owner who provided helpful local info. Apartment was beautifully presented and in a very good location which was convenient for getting the water taxi to/from the airport.
