I simply didn't expect such great service and a comfortable room for a one-night stay; I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends if they need a place in Side. It’s clean and tidy, and the staff is quick to help. The only issue, in my opinion, is the location—it’s a bit far from the center and the sea—but otherwise, everything was great.
As I already wrote above: it's a bit far from the center and the sea, but otherwise everything is good.

Off side to the most major places in Side. If you can't avoid coming to side this is a good option. For us it was a lay over before we continued and it was decent value for the price.
There's a great local pide place close by, that did not look like a lot but it had amazing food and good prices.
Sheets and linen were a little stained. And the area is sadly very dirty and full of trash, but off the obvious tourist parts it's a nation wide problem.
