Die Wohnung liegt direkt am äußeren Rand von Dervio, direkt am See, man kann durch den Garten den See erreichen, die Wohnung befindet sich auf 2 Etagen mit einem Balkon und einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Man geniesst einen traumhaften Blick auf den See und die Berge. Der Strand ist öffentlich, doch das macht es sehr interessant, da man nicht alleine ist, der Vater von Francensco ist sehr freundlich, fleissig und hat selbst die Stöcke vom Strand entfernt. Von der Unterkunft kann man am See in die Ortschaft kommen, ca. 10 Minuten Fussweg. Die Ortschaft ist klein, hat jedoch alles was man sich wünscht ( Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Einsdiele, Obstgeschäft, Feinkostgeschäft, Bars, einen sehr guten Friseur und gute Restaurants) und ist nicht so touristisch, wenn man das sucht kann man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Bellano fahren. Noch etwas, die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber, alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Unser Auto konnten wir gegenüber an der Straße parken und haben eine Parkerlaubnis für die Ortschaft erhalten.

Really nice and well-equipped house where we did not miss anything. Beautiful and large terrace right above the local beach and another balcony on the second floor. Both with a great view of the lake and sunsets. Our daughter also appreciated the small inner garden with a swing. Private access to the local beach. The beach is beautiful and quite quiet and empty almost all day. Local people are used to visiting this part of the beach regularly. Occasionally there are local youths on the beach, but it's certainly nothing that would fundamentally disturb your holiday. It is definitely not a crowded place, quite the opposite. We loved the two large bathrooms ..... and lots of other great things. One of the best accommodations we have visited so far. Francesco (owner) was also very helpful and kind.

1. It is literally in the beach. Or I could say it has its private beach. 2. The place is spacious and comfortable. It has everything that needs for vacation. Coffee, tee, olive oil, water in kitchen; soup and everything you need to wash yourself or your clothes. Even a bike for a ride. 3. The internet was excellent. Kids enjoyed tv. 4. The place is walk distance from restorants and supermarkets. 5. The city is a small one, but it is very close to any other bigger place in Como.

The place does not have its own parking. But there is plenty in walking distance. Otherwise it is superb.

We appreciate that Francesco and his father Renato were so helpful and accommodating when we requested extra blankets. The lakeside property is lovely and we truly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful setting.

The upper bed of the bunk bed didn’t have a railing so it didn’t feel safe for an adult or a child to sleep there.
