The hotel allowed external taxi services to enter the vicinity and offered laundry services. Additionally, the room was well-ventilated.
During their stay, the second guest was not offered the complimentary breakfast and was asked to pay an extra fee for it. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast that was provided was not up to the expected standard. The fitness centre was not adequate and lacked certain amenities. The POS machines used at the restaurants were faulty. Lastly, the bathroom toilet required two or three attempts to flush properly.

The food was very delicious and good. Very clean and well mannered staff personnel.

I liked that it had armed security. The presentation of the hotel is nice. The bathroom towel is soft. Communal areas are clean and welcoming. Overall, the place has really good potential. Easy reach to the airport. Spacious
The staff were very basic in their customer service. The Room didn't have a kettle breakfast call at 7am!! No choice for breakfast.
The bathroom needed modifying and had a stale smell. Looked like the hotel is used to serving young men. The rules about guests, etc, were very off-putting, but then again, I would think that has a lot to do with the normal clientele. Landmark view, they need to explain that! All I saw were neighbourhoods and not picturesque at all. No sound proof so whoever was listening outside my door was listening to me inform a friend that out of the 3 hotels I had stayed in, this was the lowest scoring.....I later received an email from the hotel requesting feedback for anything I was not satisfied with. Everyone has different standards. This wasn't to mine, and it is not a terrible place, just not what I am accustomed to.

Nothing my booking got cancelled and they gave away my room before I arrived. Even after I communicated my estimated time of arrival and kept in touch with the hotel via booking.com and via WhatsApp.
They are greedy and inconsiderate. They have no integrity at all. I offered to pay for the room upfront but they denied my the opportunity and asked that I pay once I arrived the hotel. I had to make alternative plans at about 8/9pm to find another hotel.

Nice room
To find the hotel. Staff calling at 7am when I want breakfast!!! I can ask it myself when I want breakfast. Don't call people if you dont't know what time they are awake. Not allowed to have a drink in room. I can't drink the water so I need to take some. Only 1 towel if you stay with 2 people. No shower gel or soap. For this prizes it should be there.

Nice Hotel. The location is great, but you may not think so initially. I didn't until I saw the hotel.
The staff were really nice.

Gym? There wasn't one really... Just a treadmill. They can do better.

This hotel was supposed to be rated 3 stars, but the area it's located made it not being able to be rated 3 stars: the narrow street, precisely the empty gated plot of land next to the hotel to this hotel STINKS dirty and : smells of pee pee and full of dirty garbage.
