The code for the lockbox did not work and the cell no on the booking did not exist. If another guest had not arrived, perchance, at the same time, we would not have been able to access the property as he had a number of the booking agency and managed to contact the person responsible for the arrangements for keys, etc. He contacted the person in charge who provided the correct code for the lockbox. She didn't even bother to phone or visit us to apologize as we would have been stranded on a Sunday afternoon with no accommodation.

Very spacious, security is excellent, brand new apartment, location in town in a quiet neighbourhood. 2 double beds in the bedroom!!
You can hear the people talk in the apartment next door. Fortunately you can close the bathroom door if necessary.
