Our room was well presented.
Their food caused food poisoning. All 3 of us vomitted through the night. Lack of safety protocols. My wife fell and fractured her elbow slipping on black ice as we came out of the Gandola. All activities have to be paid for. Their staff showed insensitivity determined to enforce policies despite our ordeal. Poor experience. Not returning to this property ever again. There are other options at Patnitop.

The property is one of the best ones in Patnitop. They have their own Gondola built and it starts from the Resort.

Sonu was the person who attended to us in the Restaurant and he was fantastic!

Property was neat and clean. Rooms were good. Food was great specially lunch and dinner. Breakfast was not at up to the mark needs improvement.
Only downer was the hotel staff,restaurant staff. Everyone was very casual speaking local language,singing local songs loudly.
Sales team was pathetic totally casual and rude.
On the whole property needs to improve its staff teach more professionalism towards a guest,this was totally missing.
To my surprise the staff taking care of activities seemed more professional and positive specially the cable car team.
Hotel staff and the sales team which took my booking was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Beautiful location, excellent property with very well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. The interiors and bathroom fittings were world-class.The physical infrastructure is truly comparable to the best anywhere in the world.
We booked 2 rooms. One room was made available at 2 pm but the other one only after an hour. Tea bags and coffee pods, which should have been kept already in the room, were given after an hour of following up. Used cups and plates that we noticed while checking in to our rooms continued to remain in the corridor until the time we checked out the next day.

Wonderful facilities with activities, made the stay more enjoyable. The service all-round was excellent.

The property was outstanding. Nicely built.
The bed size was small. It's mentioned large bed. It's queen size and small room.

The location is the best part, you will get such amazing views of the mountains all around. The property is huge with a lot of outdoor activities. The best part is the Gandola ride, don't miss it at all. The whole experience at the property will give you a very relaxed and peaceful vibe. And their whole staff is well trained and very courteous. The food is amazing..their portion sizes and the quality is too good.
And coming to the rooms, they are well equipped with all modern amenities, such beautiful looking cottages, you will find them in the middle of the hills...it's perfect !
The laid down breakfast buffet option will be better ... instead of taking the order every time ...
Also, skyview cafe timings should be extended...

WE HAD A VERY PLEASANT AND COMFORTABLE STAY AT THE PROPERTY. THE STAFF WAS VERY CORDIAL AND MEET OUR FULL EXPECTATIONS. THE ACTIVITIES INSIDE THE PROPERTY IS REASONABLY PRICED AND WE ENJOYED A LOT

Location is great and due to gandola connectivity to Patnitop is good.

A wow experience, our own cabin in the woods. the ropeway was so scary I almost cried(technology wise equivalent to any world class ropeway).
