Closed to the historic centre and the train station in Bari.

Location perfect between railway station and Bari city for pedestrian shopping roads (via Sparano da Bari and via Argiro) Old town 15min walk. 25 min walk to very nice beach (Pane e Pomodore).
Spacious appartment #81 with large balcony. New towels every day. Owner called imidiatly when he noticed we struggled to enter our room keyless via the provided links. No issues to enter the building and room after that.
Balcony could have some sort of sun blocking to provide shaddow as it was to hot to stay there during direct sunshine. Else nothing.

Excellent hotel in the center of Bari, near the train station.
Check-in and entrance are done online in such a way that you open all the doors using your smartphone, which is the first time I've seen this even though I'm a globetrotter. The room is comfortable, the terrace is spacious and with a nice view, during high temperatures it will be more comfortable under air conditioning.

The location is great, the room was cozy and on a comfortable location.
For a hotel with automated service it needs a more reliable Wi-Fi. our phones and tablets couldn’t connect. The entry also needs to be a little more obvious, finding the location can be tricky when you’re looking for it for the first time.

The location was ideal for getting to the railway station and the old town. The room was comfortable and very clean.
Some of the corridors were dark and not always obvious where the light switch was

There was a strange smell in the common hallway and the laguage storage was a paid service, two backpacks for 2 hours, 13 euros

All the furniture is very old, and needs to be repaired, or replaced with a new one, the chair was wobbly, the mirror in the bathroom hung on one mount, so it was crooked, the pillow needed to be changed a long time ago

I love the location close to stations and also to city center. Super friendly and helpful staff!!!
The hotel is on the very noisy and bustling road. The windows have a gap and that means that you feel like being on Moto GP race in the middle of the night. I slept really bad.

The property was well located close to the train station and a supermarket. It is an easy walk to the Old Town.
The contactless check in process worked well.

Water pressure/temperature in the shower was hard to regulate, the toilet flush was also weak

They allocated us to another apartment (which is about 500m away from the original place) without any notice in advance. It was raining day and we had a big problem to check in without any reception and support. After 1 hour on the street, we found that there were different addresses on the online check-in app and given address from the host.
We sent an email to the host and asked to explain the situation. The host called us in evening and told us that his colleague forgot to inform us about new apartment address. He explained that the air conditioning of the original apartment was broken.
Everybody could make mistake, however their response after the mistake was not appropriate at all. It was very unfortunate and non pleasant experience, especially with family and big luggages.

Location, easy access to the room. A venting machine to get water.
The pressure of the water was poor. If your flight is leaving after 15:00, they only keep your luggage till 13:00. Our flight was leaving at 19:40. They didn’t give a damn. So if you are staying here definitely prebook a luggage locker at stowyourluggage the only one nearby.

Despite the confirmation, there was no cot in the room. And there was no hand shower or bathtub for children.

I have a fear of high. We were on the eighth floor, which for me is very high. We didn't have sheets for the stretching couch, and we were with a child

Close to the station
Nice to hear from the manager when entering the building.
We booked one large bed and two single beds - we got only one large bed and ONE single bed. We double-checked this against the confirmation. This meant we had to squeeze in our two boys (3 and 6) into the available beds and this didn’t work too well. Since there was no service nearby, it didn’t feel it was worth following up on it.
This is not a nice place to be - hot, barely working ac and surrounded by brown colours.
It was rritating to use the lock system and it takes a number of attempts every time you want to open a door.
The area is really busy and this is no place I will bring my family again.
