Lovely location on the beach - enjoyed watching the fishermen come back and the divers going out - relaxing to hear the ocean from the room. Nice but small pool. Breakfast was adequate and freshly cooked - delivered to our terrace at a time to suit us each day and ordered the day before. Air con and fan were excellent. There was beer and soft drinks available in a fridge which you could charge to the room which was convenient. Staff were really sweet and helpful but not intrusive which was really nice.
Nothing really apart from maybe ice for drinks would have been nice. Amed is pretty basic compared to Sanur and Ubud but peaceful as everything closes down at 9 or soon after which makes you have an early night - not a bad thing !!!
