Clean and newly-built, this is a limited-service hotel that suited us for an overnight stay. The breakfast is fine if you don't mind everything in disposable packaging.
There are quite a few dining options nearby.
The room was smaller than we expected.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. Close to the highway as I spent most of my time in near Co-op City and in NYC plus it was close to White Plains.
Breakfast was acceptable but would have prefer eggs and bacon on a daily basis. Not everyone like turkey or egg substitutes. Parking rate listed on booking.com was not up to date. Listed as $17/night versus actual $25/night. Significantly added to lodging cost. That said, New Rochelle overall does not have affordable parking. Actually worse than NYC!

Walking distance to eateries, groceries, etc
Room smelled of urine, perhaps a pet accident. Parking was absurd, as it took over 45 mins for the attendant to get the car to us. Many folks were frustrated
