Overall it is a clean place to stay, and it is just beside the Odawara castle. Amenities match with what the photos and description shows.
The air-conditioning was malfunctioning during my stay, I could not control it but luckily it was still able to be turned on and emitted some cold air when we were going to sleep

1. The manager is very very very kind (except housekeeper)
2. Very near Odawara station (almost 7~10minute walk)
3. Very clean
4. You can eat snack in the 3rd floor
5. toothbrush, razor, coffee, water(hot cold) always in stock (free)
6. Wooden room, but not very noisy in the night
1. Strange smell in the room (wet wooden + daddys foot + non-dried clothes)
2. towel is free, but always not enough
This is almost wooden capsule hotel. First-time visitor have to careful

The staff was super friendly, especially Taylor!
The room was super clean and the location was close to everything (convenience store, groceries, restaurants and Odawara station). The views from the upper terrace were incredible!
The upper terrace didn’t look the same as in the photos of the property (cushions and hammocks were not there- however we did not ask for them so that may be why). The window shades in the room allowed too much light into the room and by 5 in the morning it was quite bright in the room.
