The beds were comfortable, the rooms were neat and clean, the washrooms were good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with our family.
We booked and paid for 10 persons, but the room arrangement only accommodated 8 persons. We stayed for one night, but the booking arrangement did not match what we paid for.

The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that everything was in order throughout my visit. The atmosphere was both welcoming and refined, making for a most pleasant experience.
No, I should be quite happy to return and would certainly consider recommending the hotel to others.
