A very warm and hospitable stay, Tinky was a delight too. A lovely hostess, and I would stay here again when I am next in Birmingham.

Very friendly and welcoming. We just needed a bed for the night so this was great for us.

The hostess (Queenie) couldn't be more generous or helpful. We were there for a week during the Commonwealth Games and were unable to find anything even vaguely comparable price wise. You are encouraged to feel at home yet privacy is in no way compromised.
Nothing! Tinky is the resident cat so, if you are allergic, that probably wouldn't work.
