Viajero CDMX Centro Hostel

The reception team, especially Eduardo and Omar, were absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, cheerful, and genuinely eager to help. always did their best to find the best possible solution. Really, really nice guys. Thank you so much! 🙏

Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi in the dorm (room 215), the same as in rooms 216 and 116 and in the area near the entrance to these rooms. In general, the Wi-Fi coverage and stability need improvement. It's disappointing(( Also no hot water in most of the showers.

Close to Centro. Staff helpful. Facilities simple and clean. Cheap enough. Bar and restaurant. Chill out area

Shower didn't get hot

Neat little hostel. Good staff. Activities to make you meet people and make friends.

But of a walk to the main square and train stations, but if you're happy with just hostel initiated activities, then all good because they organise door pick up and drop off. There's a mark up of course if you go with organised tours.

Locatie dicht bij het historische centrum. Personeel is vriendelijk.

Kamers zijn niet echt schoon, vieze vlekken op de muren van je bed. Gordijntjes zijn ook vies. Muziek tot laat heel hard. Geen warm water uit de douches. Zeep bij de badkamer was al dagen leeg en werd niet bijgevuld. Laatste dag zelfs helemaal nergens geen water, waardoor alle wc’s ontzettend stonken omdat ze vol met uitwerpselen zaten. Airco wordt niet uit hunzelf aangezet dus je moet elke avond vragen of ze hem willen aanzetten. Dit was mijn 4e Viajero hostel, alle andere waren echt top, maar deze viel erg tegen…
