I think it was a overpriced for what it was offering.

Clean the room everyday, or at least make the bed without asking the customer if this should be done. Cleaning should be the default option. Also bring water if you see that there are no more bottles

Relaxing and calm area outside of the center. The pool is nice, but views from the pool could be better (construction site).

Was a bit annoying to pre order breakfast to a specific time and still it was served like 15 mins later. Why should you already pre order the night before than?

Even though outside of city location was beautiful overlooking the rice fields. Villas were very authentic and modern with nice pool. Breakfast was delicious but not enough options. Overall villa was very pretty.

We have booked room with double bed and were accomodated in room with bed size 140, which was a bit small, we were able to change room. Our room could be cleaned better, but overall it was fine. It got noisy during the night since the wooden villa has poor noise isolation.

a compact villa with clean and maintained facilities. car parking space is limited, but the hotel staffs were helpful to arrange it. bf is good in a generous portion. overall it’s a value for money stay

the bathroom’s lighting is a bit too dark during the day, but fine at night.

The breakfast was great. The room was lovely and the pool was perfect and clean. Great rice field view and good amount of privacy. The room was clean. I would stay here again. Staff were friendly.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which offered great value for money. Our private swimming pool had a view of the surrounding rice fields, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with arranging a rental scooter and transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the floating breakfast, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Villas are located in a very calm and peaceful place. not far from Ubud center - you can rent a moto or take taxi to get there. you can really relax here. the food is very good and the stuff so friendly.

Beautifully manicured property about 10 mins away from the center of Ubud.

The staff is amaizing and very helpful. Just be aware to meet Bali’s friends as lizards and small insects everywhere..

We spent 1 month here. After all , I can say that this is a great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff , nice pool , great view and tasty resto this is what you can expect to get.

too far away from any description I had before booking, it’s noisy, the room is not refreshed, there are marks everywhere from dirt or mold on the wall.

We truly recommend this villa to stay in Ubud. It is 15min from the center but with moto this is not a problem at all. Amazing value for money. We stayed in one of the rooms with private pool and is amazing, super calm and with rice fields view. Staff is super kind and professional. Breakfast served in the rooms for free.

Nice room and bathroom, well equiped, helpfull stuff, for that price you cant find antything better.

Food was not great, a lot od spiderwebs on room, rooms are not airtight so it is possible to find some bugs in the morning (we had invasion of flying ants) but it's near the rice tarraces so its understandable.

Such a wonderfull villa. Although the price is cheap (for 3 person) but the villa is amazing. I promise you wont regret!!!!
