Hotel was very reliable, clean and well located place in Delhi. I stayed there for 1 night and had a good time. Staff was very helpful and they helped me in every manner. If you're looking for a hassle free stay then this place is highly recommended.
Lack of elevator.

Good value for money, comfortable and very clean, staff very friendly, close to the station, highly recommended.
There is no elevator to the upper floors.

Good central location though noisy. Comfortable bed and room at the back further from the street noise. Some staff very helpful.
I arrived very early after a night bus ride. I didn't expect a room to be ready but the staff ( maybe night staff) were not very welcoming or friendly.
The rug in the room was very dirty so I rolled it up and tucked it away.
No window in the room.
Noisy even though I had a back room - earplugs needed.
