Todo magnífico.

Spacious apartment with modern interior, looking exactly like on the pictures. Both bedrooms have windows, one with sea view. Well equipped kitchen, that also works for multiple people, full size fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave, water heater, 4 plate electric stove with proper cooker hood. 4K TV and comfortable coach in the living room, fast WiFi in all rooms (> 100 Mbit/s), which makes it also feasible to work from there. Balcony to the south-west, sunny in the morning up to lunchtime, then it gets blocked by the nearby houses. The location is very central: less than 5 min (walking distance) to the beach and many restaurants on the coast line. 2 supermarkets (Alteza + HiperDino) and a shopping centre also in that range. Candelaria centre is about 15 min walking away, with even more restaurants etc. Additional 30 mins walking after Candelaria leads to a nice hiking area along the stone coast and an natural beach (Playa de Samarines). So everything is reachable on foot, no car required. It is also very close to the TF-1 freeway and Santa Cruz is reachable quickly by bus or car through that. Airport south takes about 1h with the bus (line 111). Easy check in/out, Pedro was very helpful and fast with everything that I needed, could always reach him through whatsapp.

Noise from the street traffic and other people in the house. In addition they cut some palm trees with chainsaws when I was there, which was pretty loud. Overall it was quite clean, but I found some long hairs here and there (can't be from me). The table on the balcony is a bit wobbly and was dusty.
