The bed was exceptionally comfortable!!!!! I sat this as someone who is extremely picky about hotel beds. Better than beds I’ve experienced at certain Hilton hotels and Marriot hotels. Also the decor and overall aesthetic of the bedrooms were beautiful and creative. I love the attention that was poured into the details.

Front desk personnel were very nice and customer service was excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
There are NO elevators on the premises and we got booked the 2nd floor and had to make multiple trips with our luggage. There are no bathrooms located in either pool areas you have to go soaking wet to front desk to use theirs or your room which ours were super far from pool. Pool also was a little dirty and you can see oils and liquids floating on top. Location is farther from downtown.
