There is not much to like about the place

The location is far from the town but quite close to main road and the Railway track, so quite loud due to all the traffic on the road and on the railway tracks. The place is managed by some boys who have not much idea about professional hospitality and All the facilities are of supremely low quality. The room advertised as double room is basically a single room and the Luxury Villa is basically a standard double room. The room lacks basic amenities for e.g., Water Kettle, fridge. The place is not clean at all, wash basins, commodes, shower facilities are similar to what is offered in an public toilets. WiFi is quite week in most of the areas.

Not value for money .. rooms were very congested. No sofas no hot water

Scary location.. it is located almost out of the city (araku valley) having no compound wall ,no sufficient staff, owner himself manages things . Rates Negotiable for rooms . Suggesting you that pay no advance before reach the property and check thoroughly there are no sofas in deluxe rooms , we can get only one bed that takes entire space of room.Owner himself sitting at main gate like Watchmen and waiting for guests .. 😂 .
