Staff allowed us to have late checkout. Then, they were able to store luggage for a few hours, for us.

love how easy it is to check in with straightforward instruction and guidebook. location is great, i can get back through a few train stations so its convenient.
would be great if a few more towels is being provided as we stayed for 4 days and only one set of towels is given to each of us, to request for cleaning or restock needs payment. plus we were there during typhoon season so its a struggle to dry our things in the room.

Great location from Haneda with lots of kombini, restaurants, grocery stores close by. Easy walk to Akihabara as well! The rooms were spacious (for us from NYC), clean, well airconditioned & loved the kitchenette & laundry abilities.
The "common" area was a bit tighter than we had expected. It was a bit of a challenge to sit as a family to snack or discuss the days plans. Also the elevator was broken on our departure so walking our luggage down a little straining but not that big of a deal.

Location was good, check in and out smooth. Shops, restaurants and public transport nearby
Property can use some tlc. Property was not cleaned well enough (trash found under the bed)
