The RidgePoint Hotel

Very clean and near to the mall

The property doesn’t have refrigerator in the room it make it to be difficult for visitors to have cold drinks

Breakfast was good; however, shortly afterwards, the whole family began experiencing upset stomachs and diarrhoea\. I contacted the establishment to report the matter, and they promised to get back to me\. Unfortunately, I have still not received any feedback\. I find this lack of follow\-up concerning, as it does not reflect a professional standard of customer service\.

Displaying professionalism and taking customers seriously

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. One of the things I appreciated most was having connecting rooms, which was perfect as I was travelling with my three children. It made our stay much more comfortable and convenient as a family. Breakfast was very good, and I especially enjoyed the freshly made omelettes — definitely a highlight! The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily stay here again.

The rooms are quite small, which is worth bearing in mind, particularly when travelling as a family. However, having connecting rooms made this much easier for us.

Please include breakfast for both couples in the amount for accommodation
