Отель в центре, метров 500 от метро (прямая ветка из аэропорта). В номере прилично, в ванной чисто. Были в январе - нам сразу предоставили обогреватель, без которого ночью было бы совсем холодно. Завтрак состоял в основном из индийских блюд, но голодными не остались - омлет, бутерброды, фрукты, соки, чай также есть в ассортименте. При выезде из отеля можно оставить багаж прямо на ресепшн (камера хранения на минималках). Но вечером все вещи получили в целости и сохранности. Спасибо.

По сравнению с городом Дели - этот отель оазис комфорта )

Property itself is great. Located at prime location has. great infrastructure. Hot water was in abundance. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Reception staff were horrible. Checkin took long time in the middle of the night though I had done the online check in. They dint provide us with swipe cards for room n had to follow up with them forever. Although we paid so much for the room, staff still charged me 30rupees for my boarding pass print without giving a receipt for it.

Район размещения гостиницы хороший, не шумный как в старом ДЕли, нет шума машин, тук-туков и всего прочего. Район чище не сравнить со старым Дели и др районами.

В принципе звездность гостиницы завышена, можно дать 2 звезды Завтраки скучные, кроме каши и бананов когда они бывают- есть остальное не возможно, так как еда специфична И выбора такого ошеломительного нет: Была каша, лепешки, можно было попросить яичницу и что-то еще было с индийской еды. Даже кофе машины нет с кофе. Нас спасло то, что мы с собой набрали привычную нам еду (колбасок, мясо, печенье, сыра и даже своего хлебушка)

I enjoyed my 5 days in this comfortable hotel. The rooms are big. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly, they assist you in all possible ways. I was travelling alone and the owner of the hotel was very nice making suggestions where to shop, and how to get around. The restaurant in the hotel is comfortable and they offer Indian food and Western food. They have very good soups and I had them prepared in advance everyday since it was a bit chilly in January. I requested a shower curtain and they brought it right away. Most hotels here have no shower curtains. You don't hear the noise of the traffic like most of the hotels as you can see in the photo. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The taxi from the airport had a hard time finding the hotel since the streets in Rishikesh are so small and hard to get around but that is everywhere in Rishikesh. I got to the hotel and I was relieved that it is in a quiet great location where you can walk to every direction and find what need.

My room was not cleaned any day

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite large and the showers hot. The breakfast was also nice.

The room was not the cleanest. There was hair in the shower drain and the corners of the room were dusty and had hair. Unfortunately, we did not have time to ask the front desk to clean again. We arrived in the evening and wanted to immediately go for dinner and then had an early start the next day. For the price I would have expected a cleaner space.

The rooms are very clean and the beds are good.

The manager tried to scam us when we wanted to book an early morning taxi to the airport. It was all of a sudden super expensive, we had to pay in cash and we would not get a receipt. In the end we booked it ourselves online through booking.com and it was very punctual and half the price! (and we all know that booking is not the cheapest!)

The water pressure was not strong and the water was very cold the first day I showered. The floors outside the room in the hallways were a dirty and had fun on the floors which is one of my biggest pet peeves.

Quiet neighbourhood. Good location. Indian and continental breakfast with no many options. Karla, at reception, helped us contact an Uber driver for a lost backpack
