Location
Very old and in bad shape with holes on the bathroom ceiling. No hot water

The breakfast was nice and the staff was also very friendly. Good pool and location.
A lot of things that we didn’t like here, the room was VERY basic, no hot water, the AC didn’t work and you didn’t even have a place to hang your clothes or towels. The WiFi was awful.
There is a construction site next to the house so be aware that you’ll wake up with the noise at 8am.
When you walk in, the property looks nice with the pool and restaurant, but as soon as you walk through, the place is basically ‘in construction’ and seems kind of unfinished.
Overall, we thought the place was very expensive for what it was, but if you’re looking for a central place in Kuta, with breakfast and a pool, this might be an option. We stayed for 4 days.
