Absolutely everything, what a gorgeous place to stay. Amazing room, incredibly clean throughout. Use of the Kayaks and Canoe was wonderful, the location is spectacular.

The location and the room were amazing. Such a nice view, and also a smart TV that made thr stay so enjoyable. The staff were nice and helpful. The shared kitchen was a nice help.

The purpose of our trip was to do some cross country skiing. The location was great for both Arrowhead and Algonquin. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and accommodation was very quiet. There was no breakfast served but a tray was left in our room with muffins, cookies, granola bars and fruit. Coffee and tea were available in a common area. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like a copy of my receipt sent to my email also notice the outlet near the floor facing the lake seems to have something stuck in it. We noticed this when charging our cell phone Thank you

The location is great, you can easily go for day trips to Algonquin Park and it is just a short drive to Huntsville. Our room was spacious and clean.

- This was the most impersonal stay we had so far. Basically, no one was around for our entire stay. When we arrived, there was only a short letter with the keys for our room. No information on how to check out. - The breakfast was disappointing, self-service and we had to figure out where to find plates, cutlery, juices, and how to use the coffee machine. On the first day, there were frozen waffles to heat up, but no other warm food. On the following days, only continental breakfast without refill. There was not even butter on the first day. For the price we would have excepted more than two sorts of super market muffins and toast bought from the next store. - You have to shower in a bathtub without shower curtain or similar. - The door to our room was somehow warped and therefore super hard to open and close. - There was no room service even though we signaled it.

Location was nice. Room was large. Bed was comfortable and linens nice.

No coffee maker in the room despite a full kitchen. Power blinds were missing batteries and therefore could not be closed. Fridge was loud to the point where the bedroom door has to be closed to sleep. Many unfinished trim pieces in the room. At this pricepoint the missed details stand out.

Scenery and proximity to Algonquin Provincial Park. Large TV. Spacious room.

Walls and door have no sound-proofing. All conversations in the next room and the common area are heard loudly. The same scrambled eggs and French toast appeared every morning. Expiration date on the orange juice was 2 months ago. When another couple and we were the only ones staying one night, there was no hot breakfast the following morning. There was no staff in the building except for a young lady who prepared breakfast for a couple of hours. We were given telephone numbers to call, but we could only leave messages. We had booked for six nights, but we left after four nights. We requested a refund for the night when we were kept awake until 1:30 AM by a loud family in the next room, but we received no response.
