Theresa is a fine host.
Good communication.
Easy access.
The room is separate from the rest of the house, and feels very private.
The bed has a very comfortable mattress.
Walking distance to Amtrak, Outrider (CDOT) bus.

Old house, private quarters, convenient location
Because it’s old, expect glitches, like blowing breakers. The stairs are quite steep.
