The access to the mall is closed at night, which was very inconvenient. I went to the supermarket inside the mall, which was open until midnight. However, when I returned, I found that the access back to the hotel was already closed. As a result, I had to exit through another gate and walk outside at night until I reached the hotel entrance. I believe there should be dedicated access for hotel residents, especially while facilities inside the mall are still open. Guests should not have to walk outside at night just to return to the hotel.

No swimming pool for kids, and a bigger kids’ club.

Schedule for facilities. Bar in the beach closed at sunset when temperature improves and gate to the mall closed at 10:30 pm no having other way to access the mall by walking

The room was generally clean and the basic facilities were functional. The beachfront location is convenient even if the actual view is limited.

Housekeeping staff repeatedly sought tips for routine tasks and engaged in unnecessary interactions in the hallway, which affected privacy. The room developed a sewage-like smell whenever the AC was running. The advertised sea view is not direct and is farther than suggested. Overall service quality does not justify the price compared with other options in Bahrain.
