Overall a lovely cottage and exactly what we needed in a good location.
Silly things not sorted like toilet roll holder in the bathroom, the peeling paint downstairs and the excessive time delay for the bathroom extractor to turn off, (disturbing sleep at night) let it down.
We suggest being a lot clearer about where to park near the cottage. Parking is not safe or practical in Tansey Terrace, outside the front of the house. However ample parking available nearby in adjacent Laundry Lane.
Front gutters need cleaning out now, otherwise you’ll get damp damage over the winter.

Good location, close to shops and pubs, cottage had everything that we needed. Had an enjoyable stay. Would recommend.
Some small DIY jobs needed doing, shower bar loose, toilet roll holder also loose.

Beds were very comfortable. Decor was tasteful. Kitchen and bathroom both good spec. Great location for the ramp park, bring bikes / scooters if you have kids!
The living room could be more comfortable, maybe some softer lighting and more blankets. The sofas were really slippy, the seat cushions would slide off.
Some areas had peeling paint on the walls. A property guide / info sheet would be useful
