The location was fantastic - walking distance to everything with a beautiful view of the river. Studio was well appointed with cooking utensils
It’s smelled musty - likely an attribute of being an older home but wondering if an air filter of some kind would help. The place looked like it needed a bit more attention - weeds in the courtyard, frayed towels and sheets. The bath mat was dirty and the back door didn’t open all the way due to the rug. Simple things to fix.

Could not have been better situated in the charming river town of Augusta. Close to everything but still quiet, it was a perfect jumping-off point on our weekend trip.
Nothing, it was perfect. A lot of little touches like extra blankets and towels made it super comfortable.
