Amazing architecture, facilities, location and staff

Cleanliness was a 3.5/5 - Under the bathroom cabinet where the towels and scales are had not been cleaned in a very long time. Large build up of dust and hair just sitting on top of the scales and surface area.... fridge had dirt speaks through it and a random packet of nuts. There was a mars bar just thrown in. Kettle in the cupboard had dust ontop of it

Staff were very receptive and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great, good selection of essentials.

Perfect location, within walking distance from cafes, restaurants and the beach. Great internal restaurants. Friendly service and plush rooms.

The close proximity to shops.

The rooms are small definitely not suited for families. When asked reception re family stays was advised needed to book via reception & two seperate rooms as none have 2 x double or queen beds. Usually you can do one room for family of 4. Cutlery needs an update in restaurant as all dirty looking / tarnished. Also still awaiting deposit return - the charge or hold full amount including deposit and “release”. Apparently my bank release this but still showing full amount taken - no funds back 2 days later! We stayed on Monday Tuesday night and quite pricey for what you get - two single beds.
