The owner is neatly preparing the homestay handy for guest to reach normal things they need when staying. Like where to get the wifi, lights etc. The room is compact. Things are within reach. The views from my room is amazing.. Can see the city from above and the bridge to mainland Malaysia.

The way to drive to parking is terrible narrow.
House was clean.
Water heater switch sometime no function.

location wise: nearby with town. took us few mins only to have breakfast, dinner, etc. traffic not bad.
apartment: the house is clean, full with great accommodations eg wifi, water heater, aircond
the parking was very narrow, house is quite small as well. have to be careful with the road going in as u have to cut through traffic after junction.

overall its was a really great room for me n hubby…we enjoy alot and also would like to recommend to others. tqsm for the pleasant service.

The procedure is so simple and easy. The room also very clean
a bit complicated to enter the building road.

Location
The acess to parking are the worst. Very narrow at turning point and too steep. we manage to park outside main road. MPVs car like alphard sure facing difficulties.
You should provide tea powder packet or tea bag together with sugar packet.
The check in time at 3pm and check out at 11am is consider too short for staying . Dont narrow the staying time. This is standard practice by others hotels because there are many room to clean and they must ready the room for next check in peoples. but in such cases like this where rooms not many, i think you should not follow hotels check in and check out time. In future, most of people will move to other options.
