Location, spacious room, friendly staff.
Noisy floor and bed, old shower/bathroom. Very dark lights.

Extremely reasonable price for a large room with character and comfort. Felt like Poland. Staff speaks minimal English but was not an issue. Very secure with digital key to building. It's a bed and breakfast more than a hotel so when they text and ask when you will arrive try to be accurate because that is when they will be waiting for you.

Quiet stay
Very poor breakfast (tea water was not even enough for one cup).
Shower tap unusable and no soap holder: the shower was an awful experience.
Host unfriendly, speaks only Polish (even if he knows the word "pay"..).

Friendly host. Interesting room. I recommend.
Parking will be difficult if you have a large car. Mine barely fitted down the side passage.
Make sure you phone the host 30 mins before you arrive. There is no reception desk.

Pretty unusual, but very nice and clean. Quiet area. Went there for one night, had a very good sleep. Breakfast was delicious. Will visit again when I'm in Poznań.

Nobody speak English, breakfast was very pour (nothing warm), no info (map etc… about the town)

Belle Epoque is located about 7-8 minutes walk from the MTP convention center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and very clean.
The reception was closed when I arrived at 4.30 PM. I had to call them and wait few minutes outside in the rain to be checked-in. The breakfast room is small and there is a strange smell.

Belle Epoque has everything you expect to get during a short business trip. It is good for the MTP exhibitions visitors.
