Honestly couldn’t fault it

The location is superb. Near shops and the beach with a bus stop just outside. The studio is well well equipped and comfortable. The joining instructions were clear and sent early. All in all and excellent property

An extra set of keys would malke it a bit easier to ensure that you didn't get locked out.

The bed was comfy and the apartment was secure.

We booked for 3 and only had towels for 2. Found bedding for the pull out bed. The ad said it had parking but it wasn't until we booked that details were sent about a parking meter, parking permit expense or parking blocks away in the free zone. Felt deceived as we've previously struggled with parking in Bondi ans only booked here because we thought it was sorted. The verandah had a mat covering the floor which was soggy and we couldn't step back inside without dirtying the floor as.no mat to wipe feet. The washing machine leaked into the downstairs' neighbour's place and put staybwas interrupted by having the plumber come to fix while we were there instead of waiting until the next morning when we were gone.
