Location was good for Hove. Buses were a short walk across the Tesco car park for going into Brighton. Staff were friendly.
Room overlooked the beer garden which was noisy at night. I used the iron but it tripped the electricity but it was easily fixed.

Nice design in room, lovely bathroom & shower.
Needs a touch up on the walls nice coat of paint.

Friendly staff, great location and clean room.
Due to the wind our room was noisy as window rattled and wind passed through the room rattling the bedroom door. Hence we didn’t get much sleep in our first night and this was particularly annoying as our alarm was set for 4am.

No breakfast available here.
The Managers here are liars- there is no parking available near this property… it is within residential houses on all sides with permit parking only. The nearest parking station is a good ten minute walk away- I would not have stayed there had I have known this.. when I asked to speak to the manager the nice lady behind the bar said it was his day off and wasn’t answering his phone..
I received a £50 parking fine, then had to pay for the parking station.. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment because of the desceitful way they go about reservations….

"Il posto è molto accogliente le camere sono comode. La posizione nonostante sia un po’ defilata dal centro è super comoda per gli autobus ed è in una zona ricca di servizi.
