Our stay came at a very unexpected and stressful time, as our flight was cancelled and we suddenly had to find somewhere to stay for the night. What could have been an extremely difficult experience was made so much easier because of Francesca. From the very beginning, she was incredibly warm, patient and accommodating. Her communication was excellent — she provided us with clear, perfect instructions and was always available to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. She made everything feel effortless at a time when we were already overwhelmed with stress. What touched us most was how genuinely caring and thoughtful she was. When our replacement flight home was later than expected, Francesca went out of her way to arrange an extra late check-out for us. That kindness meant more than she probably realised. After an incredibly stressful night, walking into the hotel and being welcomed by someone so kind made us feel safe, comfortable and genuinely cared for — almost as though we were home and being looked after by family. It is rare to come across someone who provides hospitality with such genuine warmth and compassion. This is the definition of the humanity that we thought was lost in the world. Francesca is an absolute credit to the hotel, and her kindness completely transformed what could have been a very unpleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the facilities were amazing - we even cooked a meal to have for breakfast as there was a supermarket close by. Thank you, Francesca, for looking after us so wonderfully. We are truly grateful and will remember your kindness for a long time. If you stay here, you will be in the best possible hands. ❤️

Nothing, everything was beyond perfect!

Posizione eccellente! Pulizia perfetta.

Niente

Location was good, close to airport and city centre. Nice secure property, good sized apartment. Sufficient facilities. Excellent host, Francesca who was in regular contact and available for any advice/assistance.She perfectly explained the transport options in and around the vicinity and the checking in process and she was clearly helpful and kind.

Would have benefited from more electrical sockets for appliances to charge phones and use microwave, kettle, coffee maker etc at the same time or perhaps even twin plug adapter. Some hangers for towels in the bathroom.

Spent just one night after a long day of travel, and just needed a comfy bed to rest. Did not get it, the bed was hostel quality or less.

The room was beautiful but not worth if you can’t have a decent rest.
