Rooms were very clean

Bed was very comfy and lovely linens, roomy suite
Housekeeping entered our room aroun 8am with only a brief knock we were not even dressed yet nor had we checked out. Also there were pigeons living on our deck with a nest built on a chair, so the deck was full of bird poop. But we still liked the room a lot

The queen bed suite with kitchen was great and ideal for a family.
The hotel is right on the freeway. The traffic noise went on all night with semis using their air brakes. There was dirty linen on the sofa bed when we opened it, hair on the bathroom floor and tags from new clothes on the carpet. There was no washing up tabs or pot scrubber, there was no kettle or toaster.

We like that the rooms are comfortable and that the hotel is new. The location is close to the family we are visiting and there are stores, coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
We have stayed her a few times and this time it felt like it wasn’t as clean. The linens were clean and the room was tidy but the floors were noticeably dirty and needed both vacuuming and washing.

No breakfast provided free of charge, but did offer a 20% discount for the hotel breakfast.
Missed cleaning our room two days out of four days of our stay. Had to remind them. They didn't offer any discounts for this.

It was a bit expensive for what it is. Our room's shower had an old used soap bar in it.

Room was spacious, grab bars in bathroom and soap and shampoo on wall a very good idea. Kitchenette was convenient specially when traveling with kids.
Electric cook top was not working but there was microwave so, it was good still.

No Breakfast. No dark coffee, fridge but no ice or cold water. Good location but in and around to get to….

I didn’t like that the hot tub wasn’t working when I asked I never really got a response just it’s broken… isn’t this a new hotel?
I had to pay 50$ after I paid in full online n never received my “damage” of 50$ back.. also when I checked in the front deck seemed a little annoyed I paid in full online booking.com

Location was central, close to everything plus Superstore is just right across the street if you need something.
What did I not like? Nothing. New hotel, great amenities and great staff, I love everything. This is my go to hotel when I'm in Vernon for business.
