Mukhrantubani Boutique Hotel

Great location, nice clean rooms, breakfast small selection. Easy checkin

No Parking

The location is absolutely brilliant - in the heart of the old city, yet away from the crowds, still with great access to everything. Our room was really large and the beds were very comfortable. The huge windows let in plenty of sunlight giving the room a very nice feel. Breakfast was very good with good variety. Service was very nice with exceptionally cheerful staff. Wi-fi connection throughout the hotel was excellent. Housekeeping was also very good. There was a problem with the kettle in the room and it was replaced within 5 minutes of reporting. Staff at the reception was also very polite and professional and accommodated our request for a slightly late checkout. Communication in English was also not difficult.

The shower area was rather horrible without any door or a shower curtain. The positioning was such that water would splash into the other areas however carefully one tries to bathe. Toiletries were of very average quality, considering this is a four-star property. Also, the wall mounted dispensers are a nuisance to use.

Location is really good, easy to get by foot to most places of interest

Breakfast was really poor, no variety and overall you might be better off going out to eat. We had the courtyard facing room meaning the only window we had faced the reception indoors, to add insult to the injury once the lights are on you have to close the drapes otherwise everyone can see you, and you will need the lights as there’s no natural light. If anyone is talking at the restaurant/reception - you can hear it in the room. Our room was the perfect combination of unfortunate location: courtyard on one side, corridor on the other two and the elevator on the fourth side, so there is really no chance of sleep. Additionally the shower did not drain properly
