Great place to stay if you have an early ferry from Pier 1. The mall is right across the street for groceries or anything else for your journey.
A bit tired interior, including hallways.

The location is great. The hosts sent several messages to help us with check in and check out. Check in only took a few minutes and was simple. Same with check-out. The view was very nice.
The biggest issue was the elevators. There are two passenger and one utility elevator. There are thirty floors in this building. Only ONE passenger elevator was in operation. This isn't the host's fault, but 15 minute wait times for an elevator is unacceptable. Each time we returned to the building there was a line of at least 20 people waiting for the elevator. Also if the elevator was at it's weight limit, it wouldn't even stop on any floors going down to the ground floor. This made wait times even longer.
The room itself could use a bit of maintenance. The paint on the cabinet doors are peeling and various small things need to be looked after. The shower heads are all half clogged and need to be replaced.
The WiFi was poor at best. High latency and slow most of the time. Smart 5G Wifi is probably the worst one could use.
We stayed for a week and not once did anyone come and change the sheets or give us fresh towels. Also there are notes stuck to everything, telling you everything you can and can't do... like flushing tissue down the toilet. It didn't bother me so much as I used the bidet. Also, when you check in, you're required to sign a full page of rules and regulations.
Only two adults and children are allowed to use the pool. Any more and you must pay for each extra person. The pool also has limited hours.
Note, this isn't meant to bash the hosts. It is meant to tell you the things I didn't like as the title says. It's also mean to be a heads-up on what to expect. We were basically blind sided and weren't expecting these issues.
