设施陈旧，卫生不好，非常吵杂，有一阵阵的异味。

Oh, I love the property! The cleanliness was superb! There are also kitchen utensils you can use which is handy! Walking distance through the SM MABOLO. My nieces enjoyed running back and forth in each room, also the outside was so clean! All in all, I would come back and stay!

Location it just across SM.

The unit is outdated need repainting and upgrade the look of comfort rooms.

it’s clean. very accessible and the host was most accommodating

when we arrived, there was a smell coming from the drain but was resolved right away and it did not return

very convenient location.

we stayed 4 nights, i requested to change the linens and towels but they will charge you on this. also theres lot of tiny fruit flies in the room.

What I like is near SM MALL, transportation and stores.

A lot of cockroaches everywhere it’s because of the TRASH near the room and that’s not what we expecting for. Pool and gym are under construction. 2 towels each room for 16 days and only one toilet paper each bathroom for 16 days it’s ridiculous stay. Never ever get room here again on this condo. The room are stinks when we open the door. The faucet of 1822 are broken. Not highly recommended to everyone.

The rooms had a lot of insects especially Cockroaches crawling everywhere and the toilet is smelly.
