A very spacious and well laid out house and perfect as a base for 5 of us attending my daughters graduation. Quiet surroundings and an easy trip into Aberystwyth.
There were no towels provided and no tea towels, but only a small gripe. I did read some of the previous fairly negative rewiews but have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

Very well presented home with plenty of space to sleep 9+ people. You have everything you need here for a comfortable stay complete with a well equipped kitchen, large garden, gas bbq and a large hot tub. Very clean throughout, I would definitely recommend this property.

It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed…..We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
There were quite a lot of scuffs and scrapes on the walls, stains on the furniture.
