Die Lage ist absolut klasse. Das Apartment ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, ruhige Lage, man hat eine eigene Eingangstür und muss nicht durch ein Treppenhaus mit mehreren Stockwerken. Der Wasserdruck ist wirklich top, das Internet zuverlässig. Es gibt zwar keine Klima-Anlage, aber die Deckenventillatoren waren mehr als ausreichend, auch an Tagen 30 °C+. Die Waschmaschine ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend, und es sind ausreichend Geschirr und Handtücher vorhanden.
Die Kochutensilien lassen leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Küchenausstattung ist zwar gut, aber die Messer sind ein Sicherheitsrisiko, es gab keine Schneidebretter und die Pfannen waren nicht verwendbar. Nicht unüblich in Miet-Apartments, aber schade. Außerdem gab es sehr wenig bis gar keine "Grundausstattung" - Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Müllbeutel, Küchenschwämme - Dinge, die üblicherweise von vorherigen Besuchern übrig bleiben. Bei 2 Wochen Aufenthalt sind die zusätzlichen Ausgaben dafür in Ordnung, aber für 2-3 Tage vielleicht eher ungünstig. Außerdem keine fest verbaute Heizung - im Sommer egal, im Winter evtl. problematisch?

Excellent location, spacious apartment, two of us stayed but can sleep 4.
No toaster or Microwave, only 1 bath towel and one hand towel each for the week could have extra towels. Pillows very old and uncomfortable, no brushes to clean up with. Plenty of toilet rolls.

The apartment is really convenient. You pick up keys from the dropbox and you are immediately in a comfortable flat. It has all the amenities. Everything works well. You have a kitchen, washing machine, additional stove for colder nights. Everything looks good, but many things are a bit rickety - wobbly table, clogged shower etc. Couldn't live there for a month but overall, staying there for a week or few days is very comfortable.

Die Wohnlage in dem Stadtteil war gut, allerdings wussten wir nicht, dass die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, aus dem Fenster blickten wir auf Autoreifen und vorbeigehende Unterschenkel.
In der Ausstattung haben eine Kaffeemaschine, eine Teekanne, und auch Kleinigkeiten wie Korkenzieher und Flaschenöffner gefehlt.
Aber sonst natürlich, wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr geräumige Wohnung.
