The hotel is very modern, comfortable rooms, and easy to locate. It was perfect for us, because we wanted to see Zurich after arriving and then get our rental car the next day to continue our trip. So it was very convenient that the hotel was just across the street from the airport.

Breakfast Ok but expensive for what it Was.

Despite writing in advance about disabled access we were allocated a room at the furthest point away from the reception. The door was impossible to enter with a wheel chair. Throughout the hallway on our level there were plates and crockery strewn across the hall. I had to clear it up to gain access to the room. I took it to the Reception who did not have time to deal with the crockery. No thanks for having cleaned it up.
